  • Sensory Skills
    - Fine-tuning motor sensory processing, timing and balance. An organising pathway that provides vestibular stimulation. E.g balance using a swiss ball, single-side movements, step-ups, coordination using reaction buttons, speed ladders and gymnastic movements using Olympic rings.

  • Relax and Regulate
A calmer pathway for those who work well with slower movements e.g stretching, sensory regulatory movements, use of resistance bands, yoga poses and Swiss ball work.

The team at Barnes Active understand that every individual is different and are as flexible as possible to meet each member’s needs. Some members may dip and out of different pathways and this is absolutely fine!
