This 45-minute gymnastics class run by SPA Gymnastics is tailored for children with special educational needs and disabilities, offering gymnastics in a supportive and inclusive environment.

What to Expect:

With the assistance of parents and carers, the session focuses on developing basic gymnastics skills on the equipment, physical coordination, and confidence through fun and adaptive games and exercises, promoting both independence and teamwork.

There is a pay as you go option and a discounted block booking option which guarantees your space for the whole term. Every participant is subject to an annual £25 Membership fee which includes your child's full insurance to participate and a SPA Gymnastics t-shirt.

Parents/ carers are asked to join in and assist their own children so the coaches can run the session and provide extra assistance to a child were required.

Booking required by 11am latest on the day.
