The Sensory Booth

Address: Sawtry, Huntingdon

Overview:

Zach at The Sensory Booth provides 1:1 online and in-person tutoring. He supports primary pupils (5–11) and KS3 learners catching up on primary skills—especially autistic and other neurodivergent children, anxious/school-avoidant learners, and home-educated families (including EOTAS).

Subjects & support:

  • Maths & English: small steps, real-world practice, confidence first.

  • PSHE: friendships, safety, growing up—age-appropriate and kind.

  • Social & emotional: co-regulation, emotional literacy and executive-function tools.

  • LEGO®-based therapy: collaborative builds to develop communication and teamwork.

  • Zones of Regulation®: notice feelings, choose tools, return to “ready to learn.”

  • SEND support: neurodiversity-affirming adaptations and predictable routines.

Messy Makers:

Messy Makers is a 45-minute sensory stay & play where you can slow down, connect, and enjoy some proper hands-on play together. Aprons are provided, snacks are welcome (hot drinks with lids). Expect smiles, curiosity, and plenty of “ooh, what’s that?!” moments.
