What to Expect:

This session is open to those with additional needs, carers and also over 65’s. The session is not a structured lesson but ‘free-swimming’. There are slow, medium and fast lanes for those who wish to lane swim or there is the shallow pool for children and those seeking a more relaxed, casual swim.
