Overview:

Kickboxing classes for children 8 years of age to adult held in Basildon and Laindon. The classes are not SEN specific, but the coaches are SEN experienced.

SEN Session: No

Noise Level: Classes are limited in size, helping to reduce overall noise.

Staff Awareness: SEN experienced

Parking / Accessibility: Parking available on site at both venues

What to Expect:

A free trial lesson is bookable via the website. Wear comfortable sports clothing and bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated. All of the training is beginner-friendly.

There's no need to worry about your current fitness level or any prior experience – the focus is entirely on your child’s learning, comfort, and enjoyment of the session. Please let the centre know about additional needs and they’ll ensure your child receives the best possible support.
